StackCool Collapsible Cooling Rack

A big bake leaves trays of biscuits cooling on every flat surface in the kitchen, and the single wire rack from the drawer holds about a dozen of them.

The StackCool Collapsible Cooling Rack stacks several wire shelves on top of each other on a folding X-frame. Cakes, biscuits, bread and pastries cool in layers on the space of one tray.

The shelf is about 43.5 × 25 cm, and the whole rack folds flat when you are done.

Setting It Up

Open the frame, choose the height and tighten the side screws to lock it. Put heavier items on the lower shelves so the rack stays stable. Do not place hot baking trays directly on the folded rack; let the frame stand open first.

Wash the shelves in warm soapy water and dry them straight away. Fold it up only when completely dry.
