Return policy for Customers in United Kingdom

A) Withdrawal Information

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without providing any reasons.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the ordered products.

 

Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal & Returns

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us exclusively by email of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

  • Emails sent to any other email address will not be answered and cannot be processed.

  • Only requests sent to support@mylovely-home.co.uk are considered valid withdrawal or return requests.

Returns – Mandatory Requirement

To request a return, it is mandatory to complete the Return Form:

  • The Return Form is located at the very bottom of our website

  • The completed Return Form must be sent by email to support@mylovely-home.co.uk

Returns cannot be processed or approved without a fully completed Return Form.

 

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, this must be done within 48 hours of placing the order by emailing support@mylovely-home.co.uk

Consequences of Withdrawal

The customer will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this depreciation is attributable to handling them in a way that is not necessary to examine their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exchange

You can exchange products already ordered on our site, but the fastest way to exchange is to place an order for the new product and return the current order by following our return & refund policy.

 

Damage or Incorrect Product

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or a wrong or incorrect product. 

 

B) Refund

We will process the refund within 14 business days, and we will use the same payment method for this reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the products back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the products back, whichever is earlier.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Personalized Products

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized. This includes all items that have been individually customized, such as products with custom names, photos, or other personalized features.
