A washing machine on a spin cycle in a flat is a problem everybody recognises. The drum goes up to speed, the whole machine starts to walk across the floor, and the noise travels down through the building to people you would rather not annoy.
The SteadyFoot pads go under each foot of the machine. Thick rubber with a cupped recess holds the foot in place, and eight moulded ribs underneath take the shock instead of passing it into the floor.
They do two jobs at once: the vibration stops travelling and the machine stops moving. A washing machine that stays where it was put also stays level, which is what keeps it quiet in the first place.

Good to Know
📐 Pad size: 8.5 cm across, 1 cm tall
🕳️ Recess: 4 cm — fits most appliance feet
🧵 Material: thick rubber with 8 reinforcing ribs
🧺 Suits: washing machines, dryers, fridges, freezers
Why You'll Love It
🔇 Takes the Noise Out of the Floor
Rubber between a hard appliance foot and a hard floor absorbs the vibration that would otherwise be transmitted through the building. The spin cycle becomes something you can talk over.
🧱 The Machine Stops Walking
The cupped recess holds each foot so the machine cannot creep across the room during a spin. No more pushing it back against the wall every few weeks.
🪵 Protects the Floor
Appliance feet grind into laminate, vinyl and tiles and leave four permanent marks. A rubber pad underneath is a great deal cheaper than replacing a floor.
💪 Eight Ribs, No Squashing
The moulded ribs keep the pad's shape under the weight of a loaded machine. Thin flat pads flatten out within months and stop doing anything.
🔧 Thirty Seconds to Fit
Tilt the machine, slide a pad under each foot, let it down. No tools, nothing to glue and nothing to adjust afterwards.

💧 Rubber Does Not Mind Water
A laundry room floor gets wet. These do not absorb anything, do not swell and do not go mouldy underneath.
📦 Four or Eight
Four covers one appliance. Eight covers a washer and a dryer, or gives you spares for the fridge that hums against the kitchen units.
🏢 Worth It in a Flat
If anybody lives below you, this is the single cheapest thing you can do about noise. Structure-borne vibration carries much further than airborne sound.
🔩 Also Less Wear on the Machine
A machine that vibrates less and stays level puts less strain on its own bearings and seals, which is where expensive repairs start.
🧩 Universal Fit
The 4 cm recess takes the round feet used on nearly all domestic appliances, adjustable or not.
Quieter, and Where You Left It
Check the machine is level after fitting them — a spirit level across the top takes a moment and is the other half of the job.
If your machine still moves, it is usually the transit bolts or an uneven floor rather than the pads; both are worth checking.
